Quality is not a claim on a label. It is a chain of records — recipe version, material lot, batch number, yield, release — that lets us answer any question about any unit we have ever shipped.
Traceability, step by step
A genuine sequence — each step cannot begin until the one before it closes.
Recipe control
Every formulation exists as a versioned recipe with fixed quantities and process notes. Production can only draw from an approved version.
Material receipt
Raw materials are booked in against supplier, lot and specification. Nothing enters production stock without that record.
Batch issue
A batch is opened against the recipe. The system reserves the exact materials it needs and flags any shortfall before mixing starts.
Production & yield
Actual yield and wastage are recorded at close. A batch that deviates from expected yield is reviewed before release.
Release to finished goods
Only a closed, reviewed batch moves into sellable stock. Finished units carry the batch identity with them.
Dispatch & aftercare
Orders draw from released stock. If a customer raises an issue, we can trace their unit back to its batch and its raw materials.
