These terms cover your use of twixen.com. Nothing is sold on this website. If you have bought a product, the terms that apply to that purchase are the ones shown at checkout on comfobeautys.lk, not these.

Who operates this website

This website is operated by Twixen Pvt Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in Sri Lanka, with its office at No. 26B,St Sylvester Road , Mount Lavinia , Colombo, Sri Lanka. It exists to describe the group, its brands, its manufacturing capability and its vacancies.

Using the site

You may read these pages, and print or save them for your own use. You may not copy the site's design, text or photographs for use elsewhere, attempt to interfere with how it runs, or use automated tools to harvest information from it.

What is on these pages

We take care to keep this site accurate, but it describes a business that changes. Product ranges, capabilities, figures and vacancies all move, and a page may be out of date at the moment you read it.

Nothing on this website is a contractual offer. A description of what we can manufacture is an invitation to talk, not a quotation. A job advertisement is not an offer of employment. Any commitment we make to you will be made in writing, by a named person, and will say plainly that it is a commitment.

Certifications

Where a certification is shown as held, we hold it and will produce the certificate on request. Where one is shown as in progress, we have begun the process and have not yet been certified. We do not claim a certification we do not hold.

Contract manufacturing enquiries

Sending an enquiry through this website starts a conversation and nothing more. It creates no obligation on either side, and no agreement exists until a written contract is signed. Information you send us in an enquiry is treated as confidential, but please do not send formulations, specifications or anything else genuinely sensitive through a web form — ask us for a confidentiality agreement first, and we will send one.

Applying for a job

Applications made through this website go to our HR system and are assessed by our hiring team. Applying does not guarantee a reply, an interview or a role. What we do with the information you send is set out in our privacy policy.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another website — our brand store, a certifying body, a news publication — we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information.

Our name and our brands

The Twixen name and logo, the names and identities of the brands within the group, and the text, photographs and design of this website belong to Twixen Pvt Ltd or are used by us with permission. They may not be used without our written agreement.

If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, write to contact@twixen.com and we will look into it promptly.

Availability

We do not promise that this website will always be available or free of faults. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss we cause you by failing to take reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses — lost profits, lost contracts or lost opportunities — arising from your use of this website.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing here affects the rights the Consumer Affairs Authority Act No. 9 of 2003 gives you as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last reviewed, and the version published here is the one that applies.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
