Every role below is governed by a published pay policy. You will know your basic, your incentive structure and your route to the next grade before you accept.
Graded basic pay
A fixed monthly basic for every role, by grade — not commission-only.
Progressive incentives
Performance incentives that increase as you move up, with no cap at the top band.
A written ladder
Trainee through to Senior Supervisor, with the criteria for each step defined.
Real training
A structured training period on joining — you are taught the role, not thrown into it.
